So as some of you know, I did lose my job and I literally just started a new job yesterday. The problem is that I won’t get paid for about three weeks because the job I have is paid every two weeks [plus the week it takes for the first check to arrive. But here’s the problem – I have two loans, rent and my phone bill on top of trying to make sure I eat. Breaking the numbers down to survive without factoring in money for food is as follows:
Loan #1: 300 [half of this was due yesterday]
Loan #2: 200 [this is due next Friday]
Rent: 400 [this was due two weeks ago]
Phone BIll: 125 [my parents paid for last month, but this is due by the end of the month]So the total just in bills that I need to get by the next month is $1,025. Obviously not having a job has put me in a very serious spot. I love my new job, but I can’t do anything about any of these late bills and such while I work for my first check. Guys this is bad. I’m having trouble getting out of bed, my bank account is negativealmost $200 because a loan withdrew even though there was only 5 dollars in my account and my roommate is getting more pissy over my not having my half of the rent yet. I don’t get paid until – at the earliest – the 1st and at the latest the 4th. That check is only going to be about $150, which doesn’t even remotely make a dent in my debt that is now over $1,000. Please help.
