Steve sat up as Clint paused the movie and went to retrieve their food. As the other returned, he looked at the boxes and then nodded slowly at the alpha. “Yeah, little bit of everything sounds really good.” He reached into a bag and pulled out a spring roll, munching on it quietly as Clint put food onto a plate for him.
Clint made their plates before handing Steve his and tucking himself back into the blankets and leaning to kiss his mate’s cheek. “Come on, eat up.” he encouraged. “I can’t have my mate starving, it would make me upset.” He was teasing and he made sure to nuzzle at Steve as he spoke. “Wanna stay on the couch tonight, watch movies until we fall asleep?”
STeve nodded slowly. “Yeah, that sounds good, actually.” He leaned in against Clint and slowly began eating the food the other had given him on a plate. “This is really good,” he said softly. “Thank you for ordering all of this. It tastes great.” He’d been pretty hungry even if he hadn’t really felt like eating at first.
Clint smiled at Steve and nodded. “Thought so. It’s why I went ahead and grabbed pillows and stuff.” He assured, eating his food for a bit and humming as Steve thanked him. “Its from your favorite little spot on 86th.” He said. The fact that he knew the right Chinese restaurant to order from showing his dedication and love to his mate. “I’m gkad you’re eating.” He went back to his food as they finished the movie, setting his empty plate down when he was finished. As the credits began, he wrapped an arm around Steve and kissed his head. “What to watch now? More dinos? Or something else?”
