It may be that your body is lacking something specific and what you’ve been eating doesn’t have whatever it is?
Maybe? I don’t even know anymore. I”ve been mixing it up… protein, veggies, fruit, carbs… just… nothing seems to lessen my hate of food right now.
I don’t know. IT just sounds familiar. My mom goes through it sometimes where she hates eating but she does it until we make something or go somewhere and suddenly she can eat again and it’s like got a lot of something specific. Like there was one time she hated food for like a month and then we had salad with spinach and all of a sudden she was eating spinach salads for like a week and then she was fine.
