Stiles nodded slowly. “Right now, I just want a shower and then I want to go back to bed and get some sleep… probably be able to do so now that you’re both here.” He took the shirt Peter handed to him and grabbed a clean pair of sweat pants and then headed into the bathroom.
Derek watched him go and then turned to look at Peter. “You think he’s going to be okay going back to that school?” he asked quietly. “He’s smart, Peter. We could home school him. There’s traditional things like that as well as online schools. I don’t want to risk him running off like this again.”
Peter watched his younger mate go to the bathroom to shower before moving to sit down next to Derek. “I doubt he’d be able to. If it caused him to run once, we know he’ll come back over and over. He’s too smart for Scott and his stupidity to ruin his chances at a damn good college.” He reached to run his fingers through Derek’s hair. “Home school may be better, but let’s talk to Stiles first, okay?”
(The bulge of freedom I’m literally dying send help)
So I’m around but I’m sick and kind of getting some starter calls up in my queue as well as getting rid of some images. Message me if you want anything specific.
I do have a thing to post for my buddy Ricky, since I’m almost done editing it [finally, three more to go lol]. If you guys want to request a drabble/one shot let me know. My current posted things can be found by clicking here.
I am removing 5 muses from my page; Natasha, Kane, Hayley, Harley and Demetrius. Everyone else is staying, so everyone is open for things – to take a look at them click here and check out the muse page. Each muse has a link to their own bio page [some aren’t done, be forewarned you will have to ask me about those].
Stiles kept hold of Chris and rested his head on the other’s shoulder. “Me too,” he answered quietly. “Chris… maybe we should just go… leave… get out of Beacon Hills. Everyone else is gone. Why are we staying?” He pulled back. “Scott doesn’t even want us here anymore… fine… let me handle it all. We don’t owe anyone else anything. Not now… Peter’s gone… Derek’s gone… they’re all… gone… we could go somewhere, start over… you and me…”
Chris listened frowning a little. Scott had just…not been who he had thought – had turned into someone not even his daughter would have loved. IT hurt to think about, but as much as Chris had tried to be a supporter of the pack, when Scott had refused to be reasonable, Chris had given his loyalties to Peter and Stiles. Now though…Stiles was right. “With nothing left, we could go anywhere you want.” he agreed. “Is there anywhere in particular you had in mind?”
Chris looked up and smiled, reaching to pull Stiles close to him. “You miss him, too.” he added, running a hand through dark hair and leaning to rest his forehead on the younger man’s. “We just didn’t get a lot of time with him. We have to get through this together. I’m just…tired of everyone I love dying around me.”
