Loki raised an eyebrow at Clint. “I am sure it is the same reason why you are up so late.”
Clint watched the god quietly for a moment, not believing Loki had the kind of nightmares he did. “And what is it you think I’m awake for?” He asked, fighting the urge to turn his hearing aid off. He’d been mostly keeping a distance from Loki, not sure how to act and not entirely forgiving of the events prior to the attack on New York.
Bram was adjusting to New York much better with Simon there, and thanks to his roommate going back home, he’d moved Simon in with him with no argument from the staff. It was more than he could have asked for, and he loved waking up next to his boyfriend. He was completely lost on Simon, and he was fine with it, the pace of their relationship perfect given their unique situation. Tonight was their anniversary, and Bram had taken time to order Simon’s favorite food and find the perfect movie to watch. He was hoping it was all good when he finished setting up and made sure everything was ready before Simon got home.
Seth blinked, turning to face Peter. “Really?” He asked, raising a brow. “And why is that?”
“I was raised to respect them. Before it became this weird idea that omegas are only good for breeding, they were highly respected and cherished. As an alpha, it’s hard to feel that cherished.”
