Stiles gave the older wolf a sheepish look and nodded slowly. “I just didn’t feel like doing anything, honestly. I probably haven’t really left the bedroom or or our bed there since I got here, except for the occasional use of the bathroom or something.” Derek set the plate down in front of him and he sighed, inhaling the scent of the food and feeling his mouth water as he did so. “This is going to be perfect,” he said as he picked up his knife and fork and started cutting in to the food that was there. He watched Derek hand Peter a plate then come back with his own and finally, they were all sitting there together once more. This was what he missed while away… the comfort of having his lovers, his mates, close to him, helping him feel safe and secure.

Peter gave a little nod, reaching to comb his fingers through dark hair. “We understand, Stiles. You’re more attuned to the supernatural than you think.” he explained. “We aren’t the first to see it, though.”

“Not the first but apparently the only ones who care.” Derek said pointedly, making sure his mates were eating before taking a bite of his own food. “I think you were attuned to it before Scott ever turned.”

Peter looked up as he ate, swallowing a bite as he hummed wistfully. “Well, that would make all the difference.” he mused quietly, clearly thinking out loud.

Thanos’s arrival in IW was not only terrifying to Loki because he was there to slaughter him and his people, but that it had once again resituated Loki as the passive.

Thor reassured Loki in TR that he was the only one who could decide his own path, and Loki chose to return and stay because of his own choice. Thanos here ripped the agency from Loki, and the so-called choice he offered (Thor’s head or. Space Stone) was only a parody of free will.

When Thanos dragged Loki by the arm towards him, and to his doom, can we take note of Loki’s eyes?

These are the eyes of a child, not truly grasping what would befall him, in the face of death. Loki might be 1500 years old but that would not stop him from flinching before death, when he was not ready for it. And sadly, he wasn’t. His expression here is a sharp contrast to his determined one when he let go on Bifrost. He was ready to die then, and Thanos took that right by taking him from the wormhole.

The last time we saw Loki with such an expression was…

When he knew he was the monster the Asgardian children talked about at night…and not the biological child of Odin and Frigga. His world was turned upside down, and everything would never be the same again. The awareness of lacking control, as a result, pushed Loki to do many unspeakable deeds in order to regain and manifest his agency.

Losing control was Loki’s worst fear, whether it be his mind, his words, his actions or the situation he was in.

As shown by his usual calculating/mischievous self, Lokj was empowered through his abilities to manipulate the situation.

And that could not be achieved without Tom Hiddleston’s amazing acting.

My heart is now shattered.

…and now I’m crying.

Yup, this isn’t painful at all. Anyone got a towel? I need more than tissues to sop up with.😭😭😭

Clary had woken up in the middle of the night, luckily without screaming this time. She shook her head and ran her hands through her hair. “Not again,” she mumbled. She got out of her bed and walked to Jace’s room, where she found him wide awake. “Hey,” she spoke, trying not to startle him as she walked over to his bed. “Can’t sleep either?”

Jace heard the latch on his door, but he didn’t look up until he heard the voice. Clary. He turned his head to look at her, giving a half hearted smile. “Not really sleeping much at all these days.” he admitted quietly, scooting over to give her room. “Another nightmare?” he asked. He could recognize the signs in Clary easy enough.

This was bad. She’d gotten caught again—three times now. First by MI6, then by HYDRA, now by SHIELD. Well, this time couldn’t be the worst…she was pretty sure nothing could be as bad as being tortured and experimented on by a bunch of Nazis. Even SHIELD torture, or capital punishment, couldn’t be as bad. But her current predicament—waiting in a large, opaque cell—was getting boring. Out of curiosity, she created a large shard of ice, suspended it in the air using her powers, and jabbed it repeatedly into the wall she was facing.

“Hey! Can I at least get some snacks in here? You said I was gonna get questioned! That was—a really long time ago!” she yelled, still telekinetically ramming her giant icicle into the walls. Eventually she got tired, made her weapon evaporate, and sat down with a huff. SHIELD had taken her utility belt once they’d knocked her out. After she’d broken into the New Avengers Facility and beaten up seven agents, she thought with a grin.

She’d get out. Eventually.

Tony walked in with a bottle of soda and a small sack of various snacks. “Well, they weren’t kidding about you having some elemental ability.” he mused, arching a brow as he set the items down in a box and shoved them to her as he turned to unlock the cell’s guest protocols and another wall made a separation between her and the door before stepping inside and leaning back. “And a long time? Youve only been here fifteen minutes. I had to make sure we had something to feed you.” He replied, crossing his arms as he leaned back. “What’s your name, kid?”

Steve nodded at Tony. “It was… it was really nice. I appreciate you taking the time off today. I know how busy you’ve been.” They got into the elevator and headed up to the penthouse. “Do you need to get back to work?”

Tony gave a smile and shook his head. “Nah, I figured what little paperwork there is left could wait until in the morning. I wanted to spend some time with my soldiers.” he replied. “I haven’t shown you two much affection lately with work and I’m sorry.” he replied, pausing as the elevator stopped. “But I hope tonight makes up just a little bit for it.” he replied, smiling as he led Steve out to the dining area, going over to kiss Bucky.

“Perfect timing, sugar.” Bucky grinned, kissing Tony before walking to Steve. “Happy anniversary, Stevie.” he smiled, leaning to kiss the blonde.

Against my better judgement I posted about needing help on facebook and I know that it will likely not add up to anything, but I have to try. I hate asking for help, its the worst feeling in the world for me to have to struggle to the point where I’m begging for any help I can get, but I don’t have a choice. I have to be able to make it through the month and I’m not getting the hours I need to do that and only get paid every two weeks isn’t helping. I’m a really bad place emotionally and this struggle is making it worse.

Yes, I got lucky as fuck to find a job so soon after losing my last one for the most bullshit reason ever, and I’m thankful I could grab a new job so quick, but that’s not paying my bills. With my account now negative again, I need roughly $935 (cuz my account is negative 34 and some change) to catch up, and like I said, a part time job paid every two weeks ain’t fixing that gap.

Yes, I got lucky as fuck to find a job so soon after losing my last one for the most bullshit reason ever, and I’m thankful I could grab a new job so quick, but that’s not paying my bills. With my account now negative again, I need roughly $935 (cuz my account is negative 34 and some change) to catch up, and like I said, a part time job paid every two weeks ain’t fixing that gap.

Wish Me Luck and Help if You Can

So most of you know I’m in really deep right now since I lost my job and I now only have a part time job gettting 10-15 hours a week. This part time is not making a dent in the $1000+ negative hole my bills have put me in.  As of this moment, I am exactly -$1,235.67 because of bills and overdraft fees. I haven’t really eaten in the last week, mostly little things my parents have bought so that I don’t die while trying to figure out how I’m going to get through this financial fuckhole I’m in. 

Good news is that I just got off the phone setting up an interview for another part time job, so wish me luck on that front while I struggle to figure this whole thing out. 

If anyone can donate to help with the -$1,235.67, my paypal is snarkwolf@yahoo.com. Please help if you can, because my roommate is getting very antsy about me not having any money and I’m actually hiding in my room to avoid having to deal with him. 

UPDATE

My first check just came in, and it covered the negative balance of my bank account, but I still have two months of rent, two payments on both loans and my phone bill. Luckily my roommate was finally willing to just sit the fuck down and listen to his wife so my rent is lower until I get everything caught back up. With this in mind, the new amount I need now that my bank account has been brought back into the positive is only $900. 

Only $900 can change rapidly, though, if a loan tries to take a payment and my account ends up negative again. PLease donate if possible, guys. My paypal is snarkwolf@yahoo.com and I am writing drabbles/making stuff for those who help me because it’s all I have to give back.
