In a bid to broker a lasting peace throughout the Nine Kingdoms, all the single Princes Charming™ were gathered together to be scrutinised as prospective suitors for the three beautiful Princesses from the elusive (and evil) Eighth Kingdom: Hela, Amora, and Lorelei. It was up to their youngest brother, Loki, to decide if the Princes were worthy of his sisters’ hands in marriage (as well as hopefully resilient to magical torture, bodily harm, and death by dragon). The eminently eligible Prince Thor of the illustrious First Kingdom was, unsurprisingly, the frontrunner in the competition. Usually, the mere mention of marriage had Thor running for the hills but he was lightning quick to change his mind when he met the exceptionally lovely Prince Loki. Fortunately for Thor, Loki wanted him nowhere near his sisters. Unfortunately for Thor, that seemed to apply doubly to Loki himself. But Thor had always craved adventure above all else, and he’d overcome every challenge he’d ever encountered, because that’s what heroes did. However, he was quickly coming to realise that he’d never faced a challenge like Loki, and they both discovered that perhaps falling in love was the greatest adventure of them all.
So today was great. I got to spend time with friends, got free food from an appreciation luncheon at work, and even got to watch X2 for the first time in years [I haven’t seen in it since like 2010 right before I graduated? XD] And then I got sick. I’ve thrown up three times in about an hour and I want to cry cuz I simply can’t afford to miss work but at the same time I can’t go in and handle patient food when I’m puking.
Hiyao Miyazakis Howls Moving Castle is based on a book series. When making the movie, he flew to Europe to meet the writer and get a feel for the area the books setting was based on.
While there, he found out that she had gotten the idea for her books from watching Castle in the Sky, and had based a lot of her storytelling around his movies.
Howls Moving Castle is a Hiyao Miyazaki film, based on a book, based on a Hiyao Miyazaki film.
“So you’re saying he’s easily bought. I’ll keep that in mind. Though hopefully he doesn’t get too upset if this happens again and we can’t get him something nice.” He had a feeling that Magnus had a bunch of gift ideas up his sleeve, so he’d leave that to him. “I was born ready for this.” That sounded more cheesy than Alec would have liked, but there was no taking it back now. “We’re going to be fine. The fans will love it. You’ve seen them online. They were ‘shipping’ us before we were even an us.” It felt weird to be the one to be reassuring Magnus, but also he knew it was bound to happen sometime. He chuckled and nodded, before leading the way to the rehearsal room. Alec picked up a mike and flipped on the switch. He already had the song memorized, so when the tune started to play, he sang when his moment was ready. His eyes were on Magnus all the while and he felt as if he could fall a little more in love with him every time he sang with him.
When rehearsal was over, they were told to head toward the back stage room where they would have to change. Alec reached out for Magnus’s hand and gave it a squeeze. “That was a great rehearsal, Magnus. I told you we’d be fine. And we’ll be even better tonight. Just you wait. The fans will be begging for more.”
Magnus laughed and shrugged. “Usually, yes. He’s just protective of me, after being in the background so long, he wants to make sure I’m doing okay so he kind of freaks out when I’m late.” Sometimes Magnus didn’t know how to handle it, but somehow whenever he was questioning it, Alec was right there and brought him back. “I feel like they may be extra loud tonight, and I’m preparing myself for cray art all over the arena.” he laughed a little, going through their sets and light changes, adjusting mics and when they were done, he took one last look at the empty arena, knowing it was sold out tonight and the next time they saw it, it would be filled with fans.
He moved a little closer to Alec when his boyfriend took his hand, nodding. “I know, I’m just nervous is all, and not about the fans.” he assured. “Do you know what you’re wearing tonight, yet?” He asked as he looked up, dark eyes watching him with a smile.
you fall in love more than once. it’ll be just as amazing and extraordinary as the first time. and maybe just as painful. but it will happen again, i promise. and until then, be your own anchor.
not all monsters do monstrous things.

You have to want this. Because they’re gonna keep comin’ at you.
