It’s how Oscar Wilde went upstream back in the day- his lover’s father was talking shit that he was gay and being a mouthy dick, Wilde sued him for defamation, and the countersuit was it was not defamation but the truth, which was easy to prove and since it was now in court already, was a criminal charge. 

Her lawsuit opens her to countersuit and direct financial restitution. Take her gentrified flat and sell that shit. Take every penny her entire family has. Take every penny she makes above poverty line, till the end of time, with wage garnishment.

Also this could be seen as sexual harassment of a minor- like lets start gathering lawyers willing to do pro-bono work there in Brooklyn, or all over the state. Make this woman pay for this. 

When you think you have seen the lowest bullshit reality can dig up, then whoops- here’s more. Why weren’t any of the white people standing up to this bitch? Where are the allies? Seriously, where the hell are the white passing or white people that should shut shit like this down at?

How hard would it have been for a white ally to kneel down and tell that crying black girl that she and her brother and mother are going to be okay? How hard would it have been for ANYONE who saw it go down to say “Hey- his BAG brushed you” or maybe “the store was crowded, brushing against others HAPPENS.”

Where is the allies using their whiteness as a shield when fucking KIDS are getting hurt right in front of them??? Because you know what? The ones that can most effectively stop racist fucks like this are OTHER white people, because if one white person is yelling, and 5 are helping the family, then guess what- the racists scum looks like exactly what it is- scum from the past that should be left in the past for good. 

If white people in the moment, stand up to racists, it shuts them down. It makes them look like the petty small minded wastes they are, and when cops come, WHITE allies can help defuse the situation by helping to keep the cops, and black victims, calm, they can show the irrational white woman is being just that instead of the victim. 

Being an Ally isn’t fucking reblogging a post. It isn’t fucking going “those poor black kids-” then doing nothing when it happens in front of you. Being a white Ally is stepping in, when something racist happens, and saying “Excuse me, you didn’t ask for my ID when I wrote a check” or “Excuse me, what you are saying is a lie.” or “Hey- racist scumbag, that’s bullshit, and you have to go through me first, and that won’t paint you as the victim, will it?” depending on the situation. 

Being an Ally is staying with the family in solidarity, in standing with them so the cops have white witnesses to corroborate the black side of the story, and make it from a black word against a white word, to two people’s word against one. 

There is extensive racism- as in the systematic and institutionalized inequality- this is a FACT. Being an ally means being aware of your fucking skin tone, and USING IT TO HELP THE BLACK VICTIMS – survive – have a safer space – be able to speak safely – have their word heard. 

BACK UP and support what the black victim is saying with cops. In general, do not just gawk, like the white people in this video. 

STAND UP and STEP UP or just be part of the problem. See something. Say something. Be willing to put yourself on the line. To stand with not just when it looks good on the cover of a magazine for a rally, but when injustices and microagressions and transgressions happen. Give racism NO place to grow within your presence.
