Magnus’ Verses

Main [ quite magical cat eyes;; main Magnus ]

Magnus has lived for centuries, a warlock with power unimaginable to most and sought by some. The chosen son of one of the Princes of Hell, Magnus uses his magic to help people as much as to make life easier on himself. There has to be good in this magic that was sparked by his father’s darkness after all, right?

Human [ surrendered magic;; human Magnus ]

Typically this is played as Magnus was born a human and lives in an apartment with his two cats, and makes a decent living at his job (varies on thread) and he’s a gentleman to all those who catch his eye. However, following show canon, there is a version of this verse that has him giving up his magic.

Singer/Songwriter [ write me a song;; singer Magnus ]

Bane Records was started by Asmodeus Bane, and after the death of his wife, the owner locked away his son, Magnus from the world. Magnus has talent as a songwriter for many number one hits since his mother’s death, and he’s even sung the demos that get sent to artists, and everyone is curious why he hasn’t breached the circle of his life onto the stage. Being hidden and mistreated by his father has left the young man a little lost for the strength to be forceful, but those at the company have brought forward a campaign to make Magnus a performer.

Stripper [ beneath the lights;; stripper Magnus ]

Magnus left home to get away from the abuse of his mother and stepfather, making a living with dance. He was hired by a prominent night club and is one of the best dancers in the establishment, but he’s more than the stigma of his profession.

Terra’s Verses

Main [ alpha in a fox;; main Terra ]

Friend to the Hale pack, god daughter to Peter and Talia’s mother, Terra was taken in after hunters killed her family. Terra died protecting her family from a raid years before the Hale house fire, but she’s managed to use her magic as a fox to help bring her back, and while sure she looks a little older than the day she died, but she’s very much as old as her old friend Peter.

Human [ more beyond this town;; human Terra ]

All Terra ever wanted was to get out of Beacon and see the world. As a human in a pack of wolves, she bailed as soon as she had a chance, and she never really looked back except to contact the Hales to let them know she was okay.

Huntress [ code of my own;; hunter Terra ]

After Terra’s family was killed, the little hybrid became a hunter of her own, helping protect packs and clans she came across. She fights to keep the innocent supernaturals safe and she has no problem taking the evil ones down.

Elemental [ magical storm;; elemental Terra ]

Terra may have been born from a hybrid, but it didn’t take long for it to come forward that she was a little bit more. Terra can manipulate a mix of air and water and the corresponding temperature. She’s still learning how to control it after all this time, but she’s getting better.

Peter’s Verses

Main [ I’ve always been the alpha;; main Peter ]

Escaping from Eichen was just the first step. Protecting the town from an alpha worse than he ever could be and getting those red eyes back? That was just the second step. Now he’s working on having a pack of his own and finally having a real family.

Bar Owner [ bourbon scotch beer and more;; bar owner Peter ]

Eclipse Hall is a beautiful structure that can serve up to 700 people with ease and still have room for staff to move, pool tables to play at and lots of pretty people to look at.

Biker [ harleys and ink;; biker Peter ]

Peter’s left the life of a lawyer after his mother died, hating that he let her force him to finish law school as she died. He took his bike and travelled until he found a little place of his own; a garage with a large living space above it to call his. He fixes all kinds of cars, but he also has to just hit the road for a while and drive, always looking for the next adventure.

Human [ much more fragile;; human Peter ]

Much of Peter’s story as a human is the same as his main verse, only he’s human, a lot easier to kill and he survived every attempt on his life by sheer dumb luck.

Lucy’s Verses

Main [ blonde hair with lost eyes;; main Lucy ]

Lucy lived her life believing she was just a normal girl. After her aunt died just after her 17th birthday, Lucy discovers so much more and now she’s on the search for her real parents.

Assassin [ diamonds in the shuriken;; assassin Lucy ]

Lucy being found by enemies of her father turned her dark fast and the girl learned how to survive quick. Now later in life but still young enough to be conspicuous, Lucy takes on hits for money in order to survive in the world she was cruelly pulled into as a child.

College [ little bit of both worlds;; college Lucy ]

Lucy knows who her parents are, but while she knows both of her parents are resent, even if distantly, she doesn’t actively discuss one with the other. She knows her father has men keeping an eye out and that if anyone tries to hurt her, that missing is what will be attached to the name for a long time. She knows her mother hated giving her up but is scared too much attention will be put on Lucy if they appear anywhere in public. But Lucy, with her smarts and a little bit of her father’s love for trouble, causes all sorts of fun acts and pranks to keep life interesting as she goes on the day to day of college life.

Gangster [ dark side of the moon;; gangster Lucy ]

Unable to track much of the mail her mother sent her aunt, Lucy finds her father when she finds a letter that leads to the gang district. But where most would think she’d be killed, Lucy’s straightforward bravery and stubbornness gives her an edge and she soon has a role as princess to the gang, the only other one who can order the men of her father around. She’s not crazy, but she is having fun and she’s showered with presents and surrounded by a version of a family that likes her as she is.

Thor’s Verses

Main [ owner of the storm breaker;; main Thor ]

Thor has been exiled, pardoned, and crowned as King of Asgard, and the loss of his little brother weighs heavy on his mind and his heart, knowing Loki died trying to protect him. Now wielding the StormBreaker axe, he is on earth and working to find a solution to the havoc Thanos has caused.

Human [ namesake mythology;; human Thor ]

Thor has always had a love of Norse mythology, of the legends he was named after. He has studied it his entire life and even lectures about it at universities around the world.

Lion shifter [ golden hair and mane;; lion Thor ]

Gold hair and bright eyes belie the power that strums through Thor’s veins. The man can shift into a powerful lion, almost Nemean strength and just as fierce. But he isn’t afraid of some lovely petting.

Angel [silver wings and golden heart;; angel Thor ]

Silvery wings are hidden as Thor goes about his day to day, balancing his little brother’s dark wings and trickery. Thor himself still has moments of pure recklessness, and he grows from each mistake, but what is his true role in the other angels around him?

Alec’s Verses

Main [ I’m the same me I’ve always been;; main Alec]

Alec has always followed the rules, always put everyone else first. He’s still putting other’s first, but he’s more honest about what he wants, about what he believes in, and about who he wants to spend his life with.

College [ high hopes for a living;; college Alec ]

Alec is working to be a businessman, though not for his parents’ company. He’s making plans to open his own interior design company, and is living in the top floor of an apartment building while he works as a server between classes. His parents aren’t paying for much – his classes and books paid for by a scholarship and his bills paid by his tips. He’s determined to live on his own no matter the struggle.

Human [ mundane hearted;; human Alec ]

Alec owns a little antique shop, but he knows the supernatural exists. His shop does fairly well on it’s own and he’s always looking for a good story or to take an adventure to new places.

Model [ walk walk fashion baby;; model Alec ]

Alec Lightwood is an up and coming model. Dark hair, blue eyes, and a complexion designed for the photo shoots, many designers want him to wear their clothes. Many more photographers want to take shots of him in said clothes, and some even still want to know what lies behind dark blue eyes.

Warlock [ silver eyed soul;; warlock Alec ]

Alec died trying to find Jace after Valentine took him, and despite the belief that he would be lost forever, a blue spark kept him close enough to the surface of the living to be brought back. Eighteen years have passed since his initial death. Now a warlock with a slightly different name, Alec has found his way to New York and he doesn’t know why.

Wanda’s Verses

Main [ I am still me I think;; main Wanda]

Wanda has been an orphan for a long time, and once believed that her powers could get revenge on the one responsible for the death of her parents. But her hatred soon died when she saw that there was more to the world than her “little picture”. She and her brother turned against Ultron and fought back. When Ultron killed her brother, Wanda’s abilities intensified with her emotions, and an disentigrating explosion coursed from her body, killing virtually all of the copies she was fighting. Power still coursing through her, she went after Ultron personally, ripping the metal core from the AI and watching it die. Being saved by Vision, she was brought back to the new Avengers Heaquarters, where she was granted her ‘Scarlet Witch’ title. She trained her abilities, and she will fight for what she believes is right.

Angel!Wanda [ I will not forget;; angel Wanda ]

Wanda has been many people many times as she ages and dies like any other human, hiding her abilities and helping those around her. After losing her brother completely, Wanda has ascended from aging and lives by bouncing around to hide her true nature, but she still helps people.

Human!Wanda [ survivor’s heart;; human Wanda ]

Wanda survived the building, and when she got separated from her brother, she did her best to survive on her own, being taken in by a visiting family and taken to New York. Though still learning more detailed English, Wanda is studying at a local college as she works to do volunteer work for orphans.

Kitsune!Wanda [ sly and crimson magic;; kitsune Wanda]

Her magic has always been there, waiting to come out. A wild kitsune, with abilities altered thanks to the experiments done on her, Wanda isn’t just learning about her powers, she learning ton control her inner fox and her ability to change into a young, fiery red kit.
